Arch Box: Piazza Navona

The top of this reconditioned solid wood box displays a section of a map of Rome.  On the upper left corner is a bit of the Tiber River showing the Island of  Tiberina.  On the right is the long plan of Piazza Navona.

Above:  A bit of salvaged vintage building hardware has been added to the top.  When the lid is fully open, the hardware props the lid.

Above:  On the inside of the lid is an etching of the grand Northwards view of Piazza Navona.

And there you have a little bit of a large piece of Rome.
